How do you do it?
My daughter won't go in the toilet or her little potty.
She sits there forever and nothing.

I left my daughter in her underwear and after 2x of peeing on herself she went on the potty. Some people say no underwear. It took 3 days and she’s 2yrs 4months. Also lots and lots of PATIENCE and positive affirmations
We did the naked method , potty being close by at all times then moved to the big potty . After peeing on themselves they realize the feeling and start to realize when it’s going to happen. You just have to have patience and do it when you aren’t going anywhere for a few days. And then overly praise when they get even just a little bit in the potty . They will get there when they are ready. You just have to be patient.

You could try running water or pumping her full of liquids and sitting her on a timed schedule so the chances of you catching her when she really needs to go are better. But she also just may not be ready yet, we had to take a huge step back from potty training and once we did we ended up making a ton more progress
