Did you ask the doctor? What did the doctor say? Iā€™ve heard that it can take longer than that to get a read but ultimately your doctor should be able to answer this question. If you havenā€™t asked, definitely ask!

You should talk to the doctor because they have the images as well as the written findings, and having the images and more detailed information from your scan is really the only way to have the most correct answer. I do understand what that finding means as I work in healthcare, i can explain it to you if you truly want. I highly, HIGHLY recommend you talk to your doctor about it, but I can tell you what the finding you have copied in your post means.

I will be contacting them, but yes @Kai Can you explain them to me?

@Starasia okay, please read the whole thing, especially the end! To be transparent I'm not a nurse or doctor, I'm a hospital clerk so my job is reading and interpreting doctors' orders and such. I also went through fertility treatments to have my boy so I know some from ym own experiences as well. Single IUP means single intrauterine pregnancy, meaning 1 embryo inside the uterus. CRL is Crown Rump Length. Based on a quick google, at 6 weeks 5 days gestation CRL should be around 4 cm. No fetal heart tones means no heartbeat. Now, that's all assuming you really are 6 weeks 5 days. It's possible you're not as far along because gestation is an ESTIMATE based on your last cycle start date. If you ovulated later than average, you can be less far along. The findings you've listed also don't list the size of the sac, the size of which could also indicate you're not as far along as you think. If you truly are 6 weeks 5 days, it's possible this is not a viable pregnancy based on how small the CRL and no heartbeat.

Again, I'm not a doctor or nurse, and I only have the information you've given me, so please please please contact the doctor.

@Kai thank you so much! The sac measures at Yolk Sac: 0.21 cm

@Starasia from my LIMITED knowledge that size for the sack falls within range for 6 weeks 5 days gestation. Definitely go through everything with the doctor, US measurements and early gestation is very complex and the doctor will have the best answer as they have the education, knowledge, and all the information from your scan.

They couldnā€™t see my babies heart beat until 8 weeks and Iā€™m having a perfectly healthy pregnancy. Itā€™s not always detectable xx

That would worry me! Pls get it checked

I have my OB visit tomorrow.

But HCG levels did rise.
