Winter Solstice Theme Party Ideas?

My girl is going to turn one on December 21st which is the winter solstice, and I think it would be such a cute idea to have a solstice themed party! However, I’m not much of an astrology girlie and I’ve never paid much attention to the solstices or celebrating them, so I’m not even sure what a winter solstice themed party would look like! Any ideas? Photo of my lil gubby girl to boost 😅
