Nausea

I am 7 weeks pregnant with our third child. My first pregnancy was fine, I was a little nauseous and maybe threw up 3 times in the beginning. Second pregnancy was awful, I was throwing up every single day, multiple times a day pretty much the entire first half of my pregnancy. With this one I am already extremely nauseous every single day, it just lingers there constantly. Sometimes if I eat it helps, other times I have to stop because I feel like I’ll puke it up. With my second pregnancy, I tried multiple medications and had to stop taking all of them. They mostly made me too tired to where I was literally falling asleep at work, and one that melted in my mouth made me puke on the spot. Mint, ginger candies and cinnamon candies, etc nothing really helped. I feel like I’m just helpless, but I’m hoping someone has some advice that could possibly help. I really don’t want to be feeling like this all the time again if I don’t have to 😭

I found that ginger tea helped. Bananas and vitamin b6. Tbh yesterday was the worst day for me (13 weeks pregnant ) and today I woke up severely nauseous and couldn’t focus at work so I caved in and finally took the nausea sublingual tab that my doctor prescribed… it made it all go away. However … I don’t think I’ll take it again unless i feel like I’m dying only because I don’t want to take the slightest chances with the baby (even though they say it’s safe)

This is probably going to sound insane.... but I read that a number of women found coke flavored slushees helpful....I never tried it, as I read that after my nausea had gone away. But MIGHT be worth a shot? Also, maybe try chewing ice? Flat ginger ale.....ginger Gravol tablets (they're natural so they're safe). I'm sorry it's been so rough!
