How do you find a good nanny? I’ve had terrible terrible luck
I’ve ended up with people who got comfortable and as a result really disrespectful. What website do you prefer? Or do you go through an agency or what?

Cos she sued me in mexico, under mexico labour rules. As if you fire someone in mexico they are entitled to 6 months pay as they expect a job for life.

Well it’s hard. I have a good one now but she just told me she needs 4 weeks off with pay cos she has to have a cyst removed. And she only worked for me for 6 weeks total. 🙃
