Could you try selling stuff on Vinted? It might be admin faff but have a look at what declutter items you could get rid off. Baby clobber goes well.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I will try Vinted to sell some bits. I have also just sent him a message telling him (he is at work, works nights) I am so scared, I ran up some credit card debt a few years ago and he said it’s fine but next time will probably want to finish things. But I struggle to stop spending. What will be will be, atleast I have been honest

I don’t know any ways to make extra money but my advice would be honesty is the best policy, your husband may be upset he didn’t know about it from the off but by telling him now you could be saving yourself from all that stress to be handled alone which is no good for your mental health. If you tell him you can shoulder the burden together. £200 a month is a lot to find for one person without their partner knowing. I know if it was reversed and my husband had some money to repay I’d want to know about it to help make sure we got ontop of it but also that he was okay.
