EDD’s
Has anyone been for their 12 week scan that had already had a private scan and was given an EDD, to then get their 12 week scan snd their EDD change and found out their either further along/ less than they thought they were?

@Emma ah okay just curious that’s all, my midwife did tell me it could change slightly. I’m due 2nd April according to my private scan I had at 9 + 2 weeks, just hope if it does change I’m further along like you were rather than behind but we will see :) thanks x
Yes! I had 2 early scans and was given 2nd April by both private and nhs! I had my 12 week scan on Thursday and was moved to 28th March
@Emma which dates do you feel were just accurate for you
@Suzie I think based off conception date and using online calculations based on conception 29 March seems accurate for me, but I'm in the April group too as I could so easily go over! Hopefully not April Fool's Day though!

Yes, I was told I was due 5 April at the private scan and 29 March at the 12 week scan, it's apparently very normal for babies to grow very fast in the first few months and end up measuring ahead
