Chicken Fajitas

Chicken Fajita Seasoning: 2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tsp Onion Powder 2 tsp Cumin Powder 2 tsp Coriander Powder 1.5 tsp Chipotle Pepper Powder 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional) 2 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder 1 Tbsp Paprika I usually adjust my seasonings adding more or less of something. Chicken Marinade: 1 Cup Olive Oil Juice of 2 Limes 1/2 Bunch of Cilantro, chopped 2-4 Garlic Cloves, minced 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut in half) 1-2 tsp Garlic Salt or Salt 3 tsp Chili, Cumin & Coriander Powder

I’m definitely saving this! I tried winging a seasoning last night and lost all trust in my family because I added WAY too much cayenne 😂

@Tessa I personally love this fajita seasoning. I quad tripled it for when I make this dish again. That reminds me of the time I made homemade tomatillo salsa and I added too much jalapeños. I and no one else could eat it, it was that spicy. I tried to correct it by adding avocado and sour cream but it was just to overpowering.

@Mutago 🤗 yay! I’m so glad to hear that. I love this recipe. I found it years ago and it’s the only way I’ll make my chicken fajitas. The chicken marinade is super good alone if you leave it to marinate in a ziplock bag overnight then grill or pan fry it.
