Low level fitness postpartum routines/ YouTubers?

I'm wondering if anyone can reccomend any very low level workouts I could start doing or yoga? I've always hated and felt really self conscious at the gym and I hate running and swimming. Every fitness app you seem to have to pay for and I doubt I'll use it much. I'm hoping for some ideas of where to look I guess for some exercise/ workout ideas for complete beginner just to improve my strength a little/ feel a little healthier.

FitOn app is basically free. Also, in my area there are free fitness classes for mums twice a week. Maybe ask your health visitor if there’s something like that where you live
