Overdue mums… how we getting on? 😬

Obviously I was naive again thinking this baby was going to come before her due date 😂 I must have a comfy womb and they don’t ever want to leave. Tried all the old wives tales, trying to relax and hope I go into labour before I’ll need inducing, but really would prefer not be induced this time! So happy for all the other September mums that have all had their babies now. How are you all feeling?

I feel you! Currently 40+6 and hoping baby comes soon. I've been trying everything too, I have a sweep Monday so hopefully baby comes soon, if not I think it'll be an induction x

I’m the same!! I’m due today with my second baby, had 3 sweeps work up this morning at half 12 with contractions they were coming every 3 mins made my way to the hospital and was only 3cm they gave me painkillers and came home and now my contractions have completely stopped!! 😴😴😴

Same ! I was at a wedding at 37 weeks feeling so nervous baby would come early, that feels like an eternity ago now! 🙈 Had a sweep yesterday which the midwife was really positive about and said baby was nice and low but we've not had any signs today! Trying to stay as positive as possible though! It's not easy ❤️ we've got this ! 💪🏻

Same I'm 40+4 today and still pregnant! I had a sweep on Wednesday which was really successful, lost my plug etc bloody show aswell but just getting tightenings but not all that regular. When I had the sweep, midwife said I was 2cm!

I’m 40 weeks today, and I’m soooo beyond ready now. C section booked for Tuesday and it can’t come quick enough!

40+1 weeks today. Just yesterday I was having contractions and tightening and discharge which seem very positive but today everything went away and I’m so sad about it honestly🥹 I’ll be having a sleep on Tuesday 24th If baby doesn’t come, as it’s my next midwife’s appointment. Just praying and hoping baby comes before then🙏🏼🙏🏼

It’s my due date today, went for a sweep yesterday that failed and got told my cervix is only just starting to open I’m really hoping he’s here next week so ready now just want to try get back to feeling a little normal, sick of the constant sickness x

39+4 so not at 40 just yet but totally expecting on going past! Have you tried the miles circuit? I need to add it in tmw! I don’t plan on getting a sweep done until 41 wks if he hasn’t came by then. Just doing my usual things: red raspberry leaf tea, dates, evening primrose oil, birth ball exercises, 1.5 hr walk daily. Going to add in curb walking and miles circuit and sex 😅
