Pilates is best for pelvic floor & abdominal rehab. But you need to be careful which exercises you do if you have diastasis recti. So I’d start with postpartum Pilates or yoga.

I do a mixture, I follow "Heart alchemy yoga" and "Move with Nicole" on YouTube
How about a bit of both? 😊 I use an app called FitOn, I just use the free version but there are loads of options to try out
