Yoga or Pilates?

Hi I finally feel like I have the energy to do some form of exercise (other than walks when I take the baby out). I want to do something that will involve stretching and strengthening and will probably just follow a youtube vid every other day. I did yoga when I was pregnant and I enjoyed that but I was wondering what would be better to do now, yoga or pilates? Please vote and add any other comments below. Also if you have any youtube recommendations that would be much appreciated! Thanks

How about a bit of both? 😊 I use an app called FitOn, I just use the free version but there are loads of options to try out

Pilates is best for pelvic floor & abdominal rehab. But you need to be careful which exercises you do if you have diastasis recti. So I’d start with postpartum Pilates or yoga.
