Second pregnancy

Hi all, just after a bit of advice of anyone that might have been in the same situation? I’m 6 weeks pregnant with twins!! (It’ll be 3 under 2! 😬) I went for an early scan a few days ago which said I was 5 weeks and 5 days. Heartbeat was found for one twin but no obvious heartbeat for the other. I’ve been told not to worry too much at this stage because it’s still so early and twin 2 was really tucked away. I’m booked in with the EPU for another scan next week. Has anyone had anything similar and has a positive ending??
