I used AI to create a custom work out plan tailored to me and my physical limits. I listed all the available equipment my gym has and told it I wanted to focus on muscle gain and weight loss over a 12 week program. It create a great program! I lost 25lbs using it. I wasn’t very religious with my workouts and it still helped me lose weight despite only doing half the weekly workouts most of the time.

You can look up growwithjo on yt. She’s really good

I love the Move with Nicole on YouTube, she does 15-20min no equipment Pilates videos

Check Heather Robertson YouTube videos, she has good videos and challenges to follow

@Ashley (Momo) wow this is a great idea!!

Honestly I love the at-home/ no frill kind of working out. Simple things that you can do, and most importantly stick to doing- have been great for me. I’m 2.5 months PP and have set a goal for the end of the year. I’ve got a couple kettle bells (mine are 10# each) and currently doing 3 sets of 10 , 3x week of weighted squats & dead lifts (will probably work in some shoulder presses with them soon and will also up the number of reps/sets as weeks pass) And then doing 3 sets of 20 sit ups and 3 sets of 10 pushups or holding planks. 6 days a week I make sure to get no less than 5000 steps (but aim for more like 10k). The other two days during the week I try to get on the yoga mat and do some stretching, this has really helped me to reconnect with my body/ my core since birth
