Officially my due date🥳
No sign of this baby coming at any point right now 😣had a sweep and nothings happened, tried everything like pineapple, spicy food, raspberry leaf tea, sex! Has anyone got any tips I’m so fed up now!!

Happy due date! It’s my DD today too and still pregnant 🤣🤣 tried to have a sweep and they said cervix still closed 😩 so now just chilling n over it. I tried everything as well 🤣 even the YouTube exercises

@Erin my mum is taking me on a hill walk later cuz she said it worked for her too with my younger sister.

RLT doesn't induce labour lovely X It strenghtens the uterus and therefore prevents pp excessive bleeding, helps the uterus to shrink to original size, shortens the pushing stage. Stay active, go for long walks, sway on a birthing ball and mainly keep positive. Labour starts when mum feels relaxed and safe.
