Ectopic pregnancy

Has anyone here had an ectopic pregnancy and discovered it early? I went you urgent care for back pain that I thought was kidney pain, turns out I'm pregnant. I've been having really serious back pain/pain in my hips especially on my right. I think I'm only 4 weeks but I'm in a lot of pain and so god damn scared. I'm in the er waiting for an ultrasound but would they even be able to see an ectopic this early? I'm fucking terrified..

My first pregnancy was ectopic - it's terrifying and heartbreaking, but if it is ectopic you caught it early at least. I'm so sorry you have to go through this. If you need anything feel free to message

@Beth I'm so sorry you went through that.. can I ask how far along you were when they found it? They said it doesn't sound like an ectopic but I'm still really early.

I think she was less than 8 weeks forsure

I went to the hospital at 5 weeks but it took them a few tries to confirm an ectopic, may have been about 6
