When you feel the lowest of the lows.. what do you do?

Any suggestions on what to do to take my mind off things ? Broke up with the baby’s father , baby’s teething, sleep regression, my whole family have blocked me and I have 0 friends . Feel like the world is on top of my shoulder today.

Have a shower and put makeup on and do your hair. I’m in a similar boat and it helps so much more than you think

I know it will be the last thing you want to do but I found surrounding yourself with people helps. Mum groups and talking about it. Vent it's what we're here for! Also plenty of walks to clear your mind. Did wonders for my mental health! Xx

Girl I promise this is just one point in your life. In a year or two things might look SO different and you may be the happiest you could ever be. 5 years ago, I wanted to end my life in a bathtub. Today I’m married and have a beautiful son and a great job. Things can change drastically in life over time. Don’t give those people any more of your energy. Surround yourself over time with the people that feed your soul. You find one, then another, then another and soon you will have a village. I'm sending you all my love !

Therapy helped me sooo much. You can also check out youtube channel “therapy in a nutshell” or “the power of positive thinking” audio book on youtube. The latter is somewhat religious and talks about Jesus. Therapy can help you identify your negative patterns that you won’t realize otherwise and help you work on them. Make new friends, go to a bar or a weekend retreat. Hopefully that’ll help
