Girls I need advice!😫

This is a long shot but some of you might understand where I’m coming from.. basically on the 28th Aug I had unprotected sex, I was 7 days late on my period (it’s like clock work so this is rare) I tested and tested and they come back negative, then got a really extreme period that only lasted 2 days if that? So I’ve left it a while (I would be 3wks + 2 now) I’ve taken a test today & I think I can see a faint line. But I had this with my first I didn’t show on tests until I was 2 months gone and it turns out I lost his twin. I don’t know what to do I’m so confused? It’s too early for an early scan. I just wanted some advice really has anyone else experienced this? If so can I message privately?😫
