I'd say invalid. Try a pink dye test as they are more accurate. Clear blue are notorious for evaporation lines and false positives.

I find clear blue useless

looks like a evap line I had one other week I done 3 of these due to late period last one was like this, so I gets pink dye one negative turns out I'm just peri men's.

If the line isn’t fully formed it is normally invalid. I would try another test
