@Kerri ✨ - Ingredients • 1 lb elbow pasta • 3 tbs mayonnaise add more or less to taste • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1/4 red onion chopped • 1/4 green pepper chopped • 1/4 red pepper chopped • 1/4 tsp ground oregano • 2 4oz cans tuna in water drained as much as possible • juice of 1/2 lime • salt to taste Instructions • Boil elbow pasta according to package directions to al dente. Drain, cool down and set aside. • In a large bowl, combine cold elbow pasta and all ingredients. • Place in fridge and allow to sit for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
