Ingredients Potatoes Bacon/sausage Salt Black pepper Olive oil Italian seasoning Cheese Method Preheat oven 375 , slice potatoes,season with oil salt and pepper, bake for 25 mins Meanwhile, cook bacon until crispy rest for 5 mins Remove potatoes, pour bacon grease back in oven for 10 mins, Cut bacon into small pieces Take out potatoes, cover with cheese, bacon decrease heat to 350 back in oven for 5 mins until cheese melted Sprinkle Italian seasoning serve with sour cream
