Same, my daughters going through a phase just now where she won’t fall asleep at night till around 1 in the morning, last night it was 3 and just won’t stop crying and moaning, it can be overbearing so I feel you 😣 xx

Mine wakes frequently and sometimes cries, screams and thrashes and I'm unable to soothe her. Sometimes she falls right back asleep for a few minutes other times it takes a while. I had to just get up early with her this morning bc she refused to go back to sleep. It can be very trying on your emotions and I often get frustrated but then I try and remind myself I have no idea what she is going through...regression, leap, Teething, terrors...because she can't yet tell me. Easier said than done all the time but it helps me feel more compassion and patience with her.
