Anyone else feel like a cow 🐮🫠

i’m the exact same and yet no matter how much i do it still hasn’t induced labour 😩

@Cody I was hoping with my sweep and then lots of walking, collecting colostrum and exercise videos would do the trick to kickstart things 😭 it’s disheartening

I was like this before I had my baby getting 15-20ml in less than 5 minutes 😅 I have a crazy amount of breast milk now and my little boy is thriving. It saved me in the beginning because bf is painful

I wish 🥲 I can’t even get 1ml out from both boobs after pumping for a whole hour 😭 I just hope I’ll have enough when baby is here!

@Leah I really hope I can make a stash so I can feed baby with my milk until after he’s 1 🤞🏻 it’s my goal with my first I never got to do

@Zoé I always hand express I never got anything out of a pump! I was barely getting anything out to start off with too

When did you start collecting, where did you get these and how do you store it

@Sofia I started collecting at 36 weeks, got the syringes with caps off Amazon. I hand express as a pump doesn’t work for me, I use a sterile cup and express into that and then syringe the colostrum up! Lasts up to 6 months in the freezer

@Nicole maybe I need to give it another try then but last time I couldn’t manage to hand express either 😂😅

@Zoé consistency definitely helps! I did it once a day for over a week before seeing improvement
