How much should I pay my friend?
My friend and I have been talking about her watching my kids when I go back to work. She’s a sahm with 2 kids, one just started school and the other starts next year. Mine are 11 months and 2. Our kids play well together and she has offered to watch mine for free when I go back to work, but I just don’t think that’s fair for me to not pay her anything. So if you were in that position how much would you expect to be paid?

I work 2 days from the office and 3 days from home, my sister sometimes has my daughter 2 or 4 times a week ( depends how busy I am with work) and I pay her £500 a month as a set amount. My daughter is 6 months old
I pay mine $40 a day. Daycares around me wanted $200 a week for 5 days.
