Early scan experiences

Be prepared for the gestation not to match what you think you are as that can happen it’s nothing to worry about kind just means you may have ovulated later than you thought you had…

I had one today at 6+4 and they couldn’t see much, except the sac looked in the right place. They’ve offered a rescan in 2 weeks. I was glad I got it because it ruled out ectopic but it also gives a fresh worry that the embryo isn’t growing. They said I’m probably sub 6 weeks, but I’m certain I’m not because I track closely and I’m really regular. It was a tummy scan, they didn’t offer trans vaginal which I think can show more detail at this early stage. Just got to wait another couple of weeks now and see. I have had reassurance scan tummy wise, and trans vaginal scan. Tummy wise can hardly see anything tbf, but vaginal scan can see little bit more x

I’ll be 7 plus 2 next Tuesday which will be my scan so anxious and worried I guess my mind will be at ease when all is ok also getting lots of bloating and gas noises in the tummy anyone else

I had one at exactly six weeks on Tuesday, my dates were spot on and I got to see the heartbeat! This was an internal scan x
