Normal range is 50 to 170 so I’d say 171 is still within normal as it’s barely over. The concern during pregnancy is usually low iron not high iron but I wouldn’t class you as too high just yet

I wouldn't be too concerned:) if your OB is concerned they'll probably just have you switch to a prenatal with no iron, or if you already have one without iron then limiting it in your diet. They might also retest you every so often to make sure it's behaving.
