Nurseries/childcare

Going back to work in February 😩 and starting to think about childcare arrangements. I’m not yet sure what my work schedule will look like (not had that conversation with them yet) but I’m thinking that I’ll need at least part time childcare. LO will be 10mos / 8mos corrected. So far only got one nursery lined up not far from home. Any guidance on where to start or recommendations for good nurseries? TIA
