No….I have back pain that makes me very tired and stiff at the end of the day but not severe. If it’s severe please go get checked by your doctor. It’s not normal to be experiencing any severe level of pain in pregnancy, especially if it’s preventing you from doing day to day activities.

Yes, is terrible for me, it hurts a lot and I have to take Tylenol but still doesn’t go away but the heating pad helps when I put it in my back. I was cleaning my house and I was fine but at the end I couldn’t even walk for the pain.
