I was like this when I first had my daughter I don’t really have any advice sorry but it does get easier over time. I just wouldn’t go out alone for like the first 6 months 😬

I struggle as well because sometimes my daughter just does not want to stop screaming. What helps me is knowing where all toilets or baby toilets are. Also it's easier said than done but just try to remember that baby crying is normal and most people don't really care. I bring a feeding cover as well or a blanket so i can cover myself up

10000% feel the exact same way! The thought of going out fills me with anxiety, and when I do try with my partner I tend to find reasons not to go :/

@Emma literally the exact same he tried today to ask if I wanted to go out the thing is I do want a change of scenery but I’m scared 😭

I'm an exclusive pumper and I do sometimes feel trapped in my house. By the time I've fed, pumped and then sorted out hot water and a bottle or two for going out I have a short period in time before she will want to sleep. And its so hard to get her to go to sleep if she's not held in a place she can't then stare at a load of things. Then I have to find a baby changing room with decent taps to put my pump on when that time comes around. Sometimes it's just too much effort.

Yes! I feel that. I dealt with that a lot while pregnant and shortly after baby was born. The best way I found to deal was to sit on the back porch and get some sunshine for 15 minutes every day. Didn't solve everything but helped! And it was a small victory.

Yes I have felt that way for a while. The trick is a little bit at a time if there's a local park or just your local area just try to go out for 10 mins to start with and then build it up. I'm still working on it myself but this helps. Also if you have someone that is supportive of the way you feel that can go with you that helps
