I just give healthy start vitamins from Superdrug

She still has milk in the morning so we put the liquid haliborange multivitamin in that.

I give well baby multivitamin in his milk, and then vitamin c.. he just has from the syringe as can give it neat.. the vitamin c is very good at keeping illness at bay, I got mine from ‘mighty kids’ x

Healthy start vitamins. 5 drops on a spoon. I don’t always remember every day but my girl eats ok so I’m fairly confident she’s getting most of her vitamins.
