@Michelle boil some new potatoes till just before youd have them for potato salad. Oil, Loads of sliced or pureed garlic, chopped corriander, salt, pepper, sliced onions peppers and chilli... roast in oven till they get a bit of colour and then add grated cheese... back in oven to melt.... Thank me later 🩵🩵😉
