Chewer?
idk if i should be concerned, my son doesn’t really play he just puts everything in his mouth. i’m trying to get him to put rings on a stacker, shake his shakers, etc. and he just chews on everything. is this normal or should i be concerned? i’m worried he might have pica or something

My daughter does this. She’ll have her toy in one hand while feed her. She’ll shake it when she wants more then chews on it.
That's common. Very normal for them to do. They will be curious and put everything in their mouths especially when they are toddlers since they are curious.

he will shake his shakers or his stacker rings for a second but then right in the mouth. he also doesn’t hold two things at once. if he has something in his right hand and i try to hand him something in his left he will drop what’s in his right hand.
