Did anyone leave their job after having their baby?
Due my second in Jan and considering not returning after my 12 months. If I give notice, do I get my bank holidays and annual leave paid out to me or how would it work?

Don’t resign until you’re due to return but give the relevant notice so you don’t then have to return, ie. 3 months notice then 3 months before you’re back resign x
