Hanham toddlers pre school I’ve heard amazing things about and I have friends whose children go there and they love it. There’s 2, but it’s the one in the church they attend which I think has just had outstanding ofsted. There’s Baker Street on the high street (but I don’t know if it’s any good) There’s also kidducare in Hanham hall but again I don’t know if it’s good. There’s the rocking horse in Kingswood just off kennard Road I think and another one on the Kingsway but unsure what they are like. There’s also hillside nursery but again unsure if it’s good. My boy attends anchor day nursery in new Cheltenham Road he absolutely loves it and the staff are great. I can’t recommend it enough

I work at little pioneers in Emerson’s Green, great nursery, good ofsted, it’s about 15 mins from Hanham x

My stepmum used to work at hanham tots nursery, just off the High Street and it is good for the kids from what I have heard

My 12 month old goes to Kidi Caru Hanham (used to be called Hanham Hall). We're really happy with it x

Ah thank you all- this is loads to have a look at ❤️

Sorry I meant kidi caru in Hanham hall not kiddicare. I got the name wrong. I think you can also attend 2 settings if needed. My friend daughter does 2 days at Hanham toddlers and half a day at another nursery so that could potentially be another option

@Abie i’ve been reading the ofsted report for mama bears which was there until recently and seems the staff are all the same - have you noticed improvements after the dodgy ofsted etc?

We weren't going when the Ofsted report was done, but it did put me off before choosing that nursery. However, we viewed quite a few nurseries and honestly most of them made my heart sink and couldn't bear the thought of leaving him there. But I didn't get that feeling at all with Kidi Caru, quite the opposite I was really comfortable with the idea. And some mum's in a group I went to had had their babies in for ages, some of their older kids too, and they were very happy with it. And mine has been going since June and we're really happy with it and he loves it (it took about a month and a half to get used to it but now loves it). When they were taken over by Kidi Caru they put lots of money into it apparently so although I can't comment on what it was like before, that must improve things mustnt it. X
