I’m 17 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend has broken up with me. And I really don’t know what to do anymore. I want to be fully independent but my family want me to move home. I just feel so lost

No shame in moving home for a little bit, take any help where you can. I live with my in laws (more for cultural reasons) and my husband wants to move out but I don’t, best way to save money 🤣

As lovely as being independent is I would definitely take advantage of letting your family help. Move back to your families save save save and take all the help you can get when baby is here. Honestly I wish I lived closer to my family when I first had my baby because you really do need all the support you can get. I tried to keep just getting on but it was really tough and I definitely suffered mentally and I had a partner. So going through a break up whilst pregnant isn’t going to be easy as it is but you’ve got this 💜

I was left to do pregnancy on my own with my daughter and I lived with my mum and it was the best thing I could have done whilst navigating mum life as a single women. we lived at home for 4 months when we both decided I needed to move which is when I took the council route it was hard but me and my daughter have a bond like no other 🩷 me and my now partner are going through struggles at the moment and it’s heartbreaking and the stress is something else when pregnant, I’m so sorry you’re going through this 🩷

i can’t really say much as i still live with my parents but you’ve got this girl❤️❤️

So sorry to hear you are going through this. That must be tough. There is no shame in moving home. I’m doing my pregnancy journey alone and I have my own house. But will move home to my parents for a bit as I know I’ll need some support. For me I’ve always thought it’s better to do this journey alone than be in a wrong relationship as sadly they will unravel at somepoint and i wouldn’t want my baby to see that. Sending you lots of strength girl ❤️💪
