How much your husband / partner is involved in taking care of the baby?

I definitely do the lions share but he does work a lot more than me when including his commute, and he does all the cooking and earns double what I do. I would like him to be a bit more involved without me asking though, parenting is tough

He does about 40% most days.

I had an emergency surgery after having baby and couldn’t even hold him for 5 weeks…my husband basically was a single dad the first month of his life. Baby is 6 months old (he typically sleeps through the night) but dad has done night shift the whole time.
