Anyone else find mum life lonely and difficult.

I have 2 girls but the eldest has moved out so I have my 7 year old at home. As much as I love her and she's my little best mate god I feel so alone. Really struggling at life but walk around happy and smiley.

I feel this and I have 2 young boys

It's so hard ain't it.

I have a 5 week old and I am so lonely

It really is

I was literally crying earlier and had no one to pick the phone up to. It dawned how lonely I am. People always say they' are there when you need them but when you need them there not there. I have no siblings or anything it's just really feeling heavy at moment is life.

It is so hard

I’m so sorry you’re struggling at the moment. Being a mum is so tough and it just consumes you. Are there any opportunities for connecting with other adults at work or maybe like a fitness class or something?

You are not alone message me if u want to chat x

I have a 3 week old, and this resonates already. I didn't realise how tough it was going to be. Feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to. If how you are feeling is affecting your day to day, it may be worth reaching out to your GP xxx

Oh it's so so hard. I have no siblings to feel close to. No partner. I have had counselling but it doesn't stop the loneliness. Gp just refer to counselling or try give you tablets. I'm trying so hard but i just can't seem to get things right. I go to the gym but as I box it's a male based sport so around mainly males were I can't form friendships as they have partners and I seem to get accused of wanting their men. I just feel so fed up. X

I'm sorry you're struggling ☹️ have you thought about maybe doing some different classes which maybe more ladies would do, like body pump or something like that? Xx

I fight love and I have to do the boxing training for my fights. I have previously tried classes and I don't seem to come away with friends from the classes. I swear it must be something about me that just isn't meant to have permanent people in my life as everyone I meet is temporary and always end up alone again. Xx

Same :(

@Kulsoom hope your ok 🫶

I feel this. I have a 19 month old and 2.5 month old. I feel alone a lot, even around my loved ones and my husband (sometimes especially around him)

Are there any female boxing or kickboxing classes around you? Maybe look around for some female venues

Totally get this. Completely in the same boat always only a message away if you ever feel down and need a listening ear

@Liz are you ok? X

@Kellie iv tried all that but never seem to find a friend. I become everyone's friend but only at the venue never a friend for life and that's all I want. Especially as I have no siblings or anything either x

@Morgan thank you so much and the same to you. Hard isn't it. Shane your at distance from me x
