Slope

My baby was in a pavlik harness for 8 weeks from 5 weeks old. Angles went from 54 and 58 to 74 and 79 so consultant was happy. Just had our 3 month check up and x-Ray and they can see a slight slope in 1 side. It was all a bit of a rush so I don’t know the slope angles or anything but how can this be corrected? MIL read that it can sort itself out when they start walking? Consultant wants to see us again in 3 months.
