Does anyone know how the funded hours will work?
Will our babies qualify for the hours at 9 months or is it the term after 9 months? So will they get the funding from October or will it not be until January 2026?

@Julie i had a feeling that would be the case, but i was hoping they would get rid of the "term after" thing 😅
@Kirsty yeah it’s really annoying isn’t it. But at least we do get the funded hours at some point.
My understanding is that they need to be 9 months old on Sept 1st 2025. Im due Jan 4th so hoping he might be a little early and then we’ll qualify 😂
@Charley your baby will be 8 months on Sept 1st. So you will qualify in Jan 2026. Sucks! All us Jan born babies turn 9months in Oct, therefore get 30 free hrs in Jan 2026!
