😣 I am tired of doing same thing over and over again don’t even feel like getting out of house tbh I am on the same boat

Damn same here girl!! I’ve just told myself that this is only a phase and i won’t let it go longer than 6 more months . My baby will be 18months then So I have time to prepare myself n get out of this doom… and at the same time I give myself grace n slack bc it’s a lot being a mom. So I don’t feel as bad for not having everything figured out. So give urself grace , give urself a period of time to just be and do what u can. U don’t have to be ur old self or what the world expects u to be during this time..

It can be really hard. When my son was younger, he wouldn't go to sleep until 10pm ish and wake up at 6 with a few wake ups In between. By the end of the night I did the necessary cleaning and went to bed. I had no energy to socialize or go out. I completely lost myself. However, it does get better. I'd say make sure you're taking care of yourself. Washing your face, showering, brushing your hair, brush your teeth. Doing the things that make you feel good. It helps in those hard seasons. As well try finding a hobby you can do at home, make candles, make soaps, puzzles, paint, draw, color etc. Sometimes I had to sacrifice doing some cleaning for my hobby or some self care. Evening asking some family members or friends to help. Whether if that was doing dishes, laundry, cleaning the bathroom, washing the floors helped a lot too. Hope this helps :) you got this momma! It's okay to put yourself first.
