Exercise videos/free programmes

Hey! I’m 9 week PP. I had an emergency C-section. My GP said there’s no point going back to the gym as I shouldn’t be lifting anything overly heavy- which sucks being an ex weight lifter😅 is there any recommendations on programmes/videos I can follow at home. Running has never really interested me. Thank you! X

BodyFit by Amy has an amazing post natal programme, all free on YouTube. I lost all my baby weight following BFA.

Post natal yoga is great for rehab, but most teachers aren't insured until 10 weeks pp for c section mamas I do online classes if you're interested trying them, or you're welcome to message me for a chat to see what we do and why :)
