Schedule?

Anyone got their babies on a schedule yet? I have the school run to do so I have to be organised and feeds can't be when I'm out so need to get a routine in around it

How old is your baby? The only routine that I have in place is a bedtime one so he knows it's time to settle down but during the day we wing it. My little boy is almost 11 weeks

Feeds at 6am, 9/9.30am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm and 10.30pm. Has 120ml at each but the last two he has 150ml to fill up for overnight sleep. We wake about 30 mins before a feed then encourage back to sleep 45mins/1hr after so around 1hr30 wake time. I haven't started to encourage these in the cot yet so naps are still on me or in the sling or pushchair but he's 6 weeks old so I'm ok with that. I will probably start to put down when he drops to 5 feeds and his sleep time becomes more clearly a nap instead of newborn sleep.

Yeah / mines 8 weeks in two days and I’ve had to do a mini routine for school runs, bottles at 7isham, 10:30, 2:15ish, 5:30ish, 8:30ish, both kids asleep by 9:30pm at the latest, she will have a 2am feed aswell. Awake times will be whenever!

I have done 2 school runs so far and both times she woke up as we were getting ready and I had to feed her. I am waking up earlier than necessary so I have that extra time. But basically playing it by ear to find something that’s works as 8 weeks is too young for a routine that will last. It’s always changing

@Aleena thank you! This is what I worry about, I'll always feed him when we get up/before we go but I guess it's the rest of the day I'm worried about. He always goes 4hrs so is quite predictable but was just wondering how other people made it work
