I had x2 ectopics, a miscarriage and a missed miscarriage but still have no idea how I conceived my rainbow baby, I did nothing different. I wish you lots and lots of baby dust and wish I could be of more help ❤️

I just came here to ask this 💗 just had my second miscarriage this year. Feeling deflated. Going to work on my diet to try to add in greater variety of fertility boosting foods and buy the fertility vitamins from Needed for egg and sperm quality. I think they were both blighted ovums. 💔 I am not sure what else I can do. I always exercise daily. And I’ve had a horizon panel done so I think that’s all I can really do generic testing on? And I have had one healthy pregnancy before so I know it’s possible.

I had two miscarriages and currently 14 weeks pregnant, praying we get to bring this little one home. I'm on progesterone and that's the only thing that's really different this time. I've been told to take it until I'm 16 weeks. I would push to have progesterone if you can and quote the NICE guidelines/ info on Tommy's website. The research is super strong in terms of successful pregnancy after having more than one miscarriages/ having had bleeding in previous early pregnancies. If you are able to get an early scan at EPU in future pregnancy then I would ask for progesterone then too if you can't ask your GP as they can request your GP to prescribe it.

Oh and my husband cut out alcohol and drank low/ no alcohol when we started trying too and I think that's meant to help with sperms quality. I didn't drink caffeine whilst trying/ whilst pregnant at all either. (Obviously not sure if these things helped at all but they're things you could try)
