Our doctor always says as long as they are eating a variety of foods they don’t really need vitamins. Even for my 4yo they say the same thing.
@Brittani what’s considered a variety? Mine is such a picky eater. We try to give her what we eat but she usually will only eat Mac and cheese or some kind of patties with eggs and veggies. And for breakfast and lunch, she’ll have some pancakes or just plain bread with milk.
