Just need to vent..

So I told my BD I wanted to give him our son a day early because the next day in the morning I have surgery for cancer cell removal and he's demanding I drop him off as early as 12 noon meaning I would have to leave at 11:00 a.m. and I don't want to lose my son for the whole day pretty much because it's my day and he saying if I don't drop him off by noon I have to drop him all the way off in Visalia which is a 2 hour drive for me which he knows I have no gas for and I told him I want to let him have him a day early because I have this surgery that's very important and he's still not cooperating he says he is cooperating cuz he said he's available 12:00 noon only but have been telling the court he doesn't work.. so there's no reason for him to only be available at 12:00 noon and no other time..... He knows I have no one to watch my son Wednesday so I would have to cancel my surgery... He says we drop him off every Wednesday at noon what's the problem and as true as that is this is not Wednesday we're talking about it's Tuesday which is my day and he still demanding I drop him off early so I lose my whole day or else I have to cancel my appointment for my surgery.. I can't stand him this is what kind of stuff he does to me all the time
