Do you work out at the gym or home? I coach with Bodi and all my workouts are at home so I wake up around 5:30/6 have my 20-30 min workout then start my day since my son gets woken up at 6:30ish for school. I like it because it's all home we have no decent places around me. I also have all my recipes weekly so I do minimal grocery shopping!I can definitely help you!

i used to go to the gym for 1-2hrs but i’ve switched to a program at home that is 45 mins with minimal equipment to stay healthy and active. previously, i was trying to hit PRs in the gym. epiccassidy.com she has live classes but records them for on demand so its flexible. she also has a library of shorter classes. biggest tip is just to remove as many barriers to getting in a workout. i am also a FTM and 11 weeks pp and being able to workout at home with the option of jumping into a live class if baby doesn’t need me or taking that class later on demand has been super helpful.

I go to a gym with child care so I can workout and it’s great!

I workout at home, I use the Supernatural app (VR on Oculus) sometimes or the Apple fitness + app or at home yoga. I either wake up early before the kids get up or I squeeze it in around 4pm before I go pick them up. I do t get to it everyday but trying to get more consistent 💪

I started going to the YMCA they have a daycare, they keep the little ones in a different spot then The bigger kids so they don't get hurt. It's also only $15 extra every month to have him there and they'll watch him for 2 hours a day

.

I get up at 5am and workout then make breakfast and get the kids up at 630. Leave for work at 730

I do workouts at home and just include my kids or they play while I workout (4 and 1.5 year old)

I work out at home mostly - Currently try when she’s napping or when she’s entertained on her play mat next to my mat. If she gets upset I just bring her on to my mat and engage with her while I’m doing my work out. My baby is 3 months old so close to your baby’s age. One or two times a week my husband spends intentional time with her in the evening so I can go to the gym. I also take her on walks everyday weather permitting I like Melissa Wood Health for gentle post partum work outs on the mat. They tend to be quick and always put me in a good mood. $10/month I believe
