Oats with some fruits, avocado and egg mashed. Toast strips. Yoghurt with little fruits mashed. Dinner...Sweet potato with almost anything😃my LO loves sweet potato. I mash with lentils or brocoli, peas, salmon, carrot and all goes down a treat.

I got the what mummy makes cook book and her meal planner book it’s helped me much and only cooking one meal for baby and us which is great. It has recipes for all meals plus snacks etc I would really recommend it

Banana/avo pancakes… just mix half of each with an egg…. Lunch… chicken puree with avocado and toast… dinner … bolognaise sauce puréed (my little one’s fav) … pudding - a thin slice of watermelon or strawberry/banana mashed with Greek yoghurt or ricotta
