I get bad anxieties and have no confidence..

At Elizabeth how do you cope financially? I was thinking about giving up and maybe going on some therapy.At the moment I can't do anything because I work and then I m with mu daughter.But I need the money...

It's extremely hard ngl my partner is on ei but we're definitely struggling. It's not easy now a days but hoping to get a tighter budget happening sooner then later, on top of trying to figure out what I can grow to save on food. As for therapy I've been looking into some that help low income family but ready to pay more for it even if its not in the budget due to needing it so bad from trauma as a kid and it affecting me more then Iet on and my toddler seems to get the worst part of it unintentionally. Then the mom guilt adds up as I'm not doing enough for them, I'm being too rough, maybe they're better off if I'm gone/out of the picture and the vicious cycle starts all over again 😔 like some days aren't bad at all and I feel like I can do almost anything but those hard days are so hard to escape

Baby steps. Keep reminding yourself what others think of you is not your business. Also it may help knowing you’re not alone. Tons of adults like myself suffer from anxiety particularly social anxiety. I would get therapy and don’t be afraid to tell the therapist if their methods aren’t working for you that you would like to find someone who is a better fit.

At Dominique it's just not that simple to get therapy..

At Dominique it's more to do with time.i work and I m single parent so don't have much time.I went to doctors and they just gave me this website and I had to refer myself.i didn't get that far with it
