Thanks Natalie, I think I’m defo going to give prenatal yoga and Pilates a go
I honestly feel like it’s kept me sane. Been going about 4 days a week to an hour long class either Barry’s hit sessions or yoga. I have to do adjustments in the class but I absolutely love it. About 6/7months pregnant now and I really hope to go the whole way if my body lets me. I find I get slower every week and I need to adjust my weights down so it’s a bit humbling but I honestly think it’s been the best thing I’ve done. Always free for a fitness class in London if you fancy doing one together. Just go with what feels comfy and enjoy the movement that you can do without having the same expectations as before x

You look amazing! Congrats! I worked out at my gym, been with a personal trainer for a while, just told her as soon as I knew, but I was still lifting the week before I gave birth. Prenatal yoga and prenatal reformer Pilates I loved!
