I've had subscriptions to Care.com on and off for years. We've had some great babysitters and not so great babysitters. We had 2 long term that I we absolutely loved. You've got to vet them. It helps that I WFH and have cameras because one of them just had my youngest one who is already super clingy and completely ignored my toddler. I would give it a trial run before the actual event though. To make sure everyone is comfortable.
Care.com. You can use the service for free but you have to pay for a background check.
