I’ve already been and booked my place for October 2025!

Yeah do it now, I waited til baby was born and really struggled only found 1 nursery with spaces and still didnt have all the days I needed x

I’ve also heard this but I’m not even sure of my plans with work and going back to uni it’s too much to think about now (due Feb 2025) so do we really have to start looking 👀 now 😫

I thought I could wait and then when I enquired I was 30 weeks pregnant and only one nursery had three days available! I asked 5 nurseries! People were booking from 8 weeks pregnant! So definitely email a few nurseries and see where they are standing on bookings

As someone who works in a nursery. I recommend looking now, and looking at a few nurseries to see what’s going to suit you best. And then when you do choose, you can always request to look around again once baby is here to just confirm it’s the right nursery for you. Some nurseries have waiting lists, some don’t. Some have days that are busier than others. For example my settings most sought after days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so sometimes there can be a wait for those days x
